New Project! Method Mindset

I got into the field of sport and performance psychology with the ambition of bettering the lives of young people involved in sport. My passion for working with kids stemmed from my own experiences as a young athlete, and working with various youth development programs early in my career, which used sport as a way of teaching life skills.

I'm super excited to announce that I joined the team at Method Ice Hockey to help lead and develop their mental skills training component called Method Mindset. Along with parents and coaches, we hope to co-create a systemic approach that gives members of Method Hockey the resources they need to be great players, and more importantly, great people.

Method Ice Hockey is led by Jamie Lundmark, and is located in West Chester, PA.
