The terms of all services purchased through this website will be determined on an individual contract basis. All services will be delivered via web-based platform or in a live setting.

Any changes to this contract must be agreed upon, in writing, by both parties and may result in additional fees. This Agreement may not be assigned without the prior written approval of the non-assigning Party, any attempt to assign this Agreement without said approval shall be null and void.

Fees are negotiated at the time of contracting. The full fee is payable for any cancellation within 10 business days of the scheduled engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gloria Park, DBA Perform Positive, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
